Authorization:  Home Free Services, Inc. (“Company” hereafter) and Customer mutually agree to enter into a business relationship for swimming pool and/or spa cleaning services.  This is a month to month agreement, but a cancelling party will provide the other with a 60 day written notice.

Customer authorizes Company to charge the credit card or any payment account provided by Customer for hereby or future ordered services. If Company is not able to charge Customer, it may halt or cancel services. Pool cleaning services are billed weekly, chemicals used on pools billed monthly.

Customer pre-authorizes Company to do and charge for any minor fixes, repairs and/or equipment costs up to $200. Company is not liable for pre-existing pool conditions and if Company or its contracted Technicians did not commit gross negligencethenCompany  shall not be financially liable for expenses or financial losses caused or potentially caused by Company or its Technicians performing pool and maintenance services
