Chemicals

Chemicals used in the servicing of pool are charged to customer. This allows us to maintain stable costing for service that is not dependent on the changes in chemical costs.

Additionally, chemical usage has many variables, such as, filter running, filter kept cleaned, pump working well, trees near property, cage, pool kept skimmed, type of filter, etc.

Since the property owner can dramatically effect the amount of chemicals used, we chose the most fair and stable pricing for service was a lower weekly rate with each pool owner covering their own cost of chemicals.

We usually charge for chemicals once per month, but when there are special circumstances we may bill more or less than monthly.
